Status Bar

The Status bar indicates extra information about menu commands, the state of any scans in progress, and the result of the last scan.

• Starting from the left, the first field shows extra information about a command available in the pull down menu but only when the mouse has selected the command.
• During scans, the second field shows the total number names to be changed and the total number of scanned files.
• During scanning, the third field shows which phase of the scan is occurring. When a scan is complete without errors, the total scan time will be displayed in the third field. The total time will vary depending on what else is occurring on the PC while the scan is in progress. If an error occurs during a scan then an error indicator will be displayed. An abort indicator will be displayed if a scan is aborted by the user.
